⦁ Our CBT sessions will have a focus on us working together to help understand your problem in a meaningful way and enable you to gain skills and confidence to become “your own therapist”.

⦁ This means therapy delivered to you is according to guidelines/recommendations in line with the National Institute for Clinical Excellence (NICE) to ensure a good quality and ethical service to help with difficulties you are experiencing.

⦁ I offer sessions online via Telephone /Skype/Zoom. If you would like more information then contact me using the form or book a free consultation.

Feedback from previous clients

"The therapy was insightful as it helped
me realise I was stuck in this unhelpful ways
of thinking - which made feel bad about
myself everyday."

Feedback from previous clients

"I found working towards my goals helpful
as we did it together. I found the therapist
warm and knowledgeable and I felt at ease
as soon as I spoke to her on the phone
- which was the hardest bit to start with!"
